Udo from Germany sent these photos of LHD export IIA number 52, it was originally exported to Denmark. Clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into this restoration. This vehicle won “Best Series II” at the LRW Show, Eastnor Castle, 2008. And 2nd best classic/restored vehicle in show at Land Rover Bath and South West 2010.
Udo later sold the vehicle, which ended up being converted to a soft top, fitted (for some inexplicable reason) with series III door hinges and resprayed blue. It is believed to have been exported to the Bahamas.
